The second step in my brand-building process involves learning about your brand's target audience. This is important, because the more you understand your brand's audience, the better you can position your brand strategically to serve their interests. This second workshop is an opportunity for you to learn the basics of audience research in a small business context, and have a chat with me about some different ways you (or your team) might be able to go about gathering insights into your brand's audience.

*I also offer a half-price discount for a follow-up session if you need more time.
For payment, I'll send you an invoice after the workshop is complete, which you can pay via card, PayPal or bank transfer.
